Cancellations

To cancel or modify your order, send us an email to info@vedicanatural.com with your order details and we'll cancel or modify it promptly. In case of cancellation, we will initiate refund of your payment within 24 hrs and It will be credited to your account by payment service providers used at the time of placing an order.

Please note that we do not accept cancellations or modification of order, once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfillment centers.

Returns

It is Vedica Natural to satisfy its customers. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered except In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we replace the product. All you need to do is give us a call within 3 days of delivery or drop us an email at info@vedicanatural.com with received product photos and order Id.

Shipping Damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, mention the damage remarks while signing the POD as well as you need to register the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the parcel and submit all the details of the damaged parcels along with the proper evidence like photos and image of a signed POD copy (if possible).

Our team will evaluate the complaint and provide resolution on the same case-to-case basis. No requests will be considered, Without proper evidence.
